Condolences
Robin & family,
We are so sorry to read of Marie’s passing.
Having met Marie only once when we were on vacation in Mexico we shared great jokes & had many laughs. She was without doubt a very warm person. Our jokes & laughter continued through emails over the past years.
I shall miss her contact & our condolences are sent warmly to you all.
Sylvia & Mike White BC.
Would like to extend my condolences to the Seacombe family on Marie’s passing.
I’m a friend of Elizabeth Handler and got to know Marie over the years while visiting Elizabeth. Marie was one of the nicest people I have come to meet.
May God give you the strength to overcome your loss.
Robin & Megan, we are so sorry that you are going through this sad time. We are here for you, call anytime, we are only a phone call away..
Marie was a special lady and a wonderful friend and will always remain in our hearts and minds.
So many memories…Christmas’s in Markham, trips to the mountains every time we visited you in Calgary, holidays shared around the world, and the shopping trips with the “shopper extraordinaire”. And many, many more shared experiences.
Farewell Marie, we miss you….
Love from Ann and Terry
Hi Robin,
I just got back from holidays to-day 19th and was so sad to hear of Maries passing, I enjoyed Maries company at Jazzercise
and when we did the many walks, my thoughts
and prayers go out to you and the family.

It’s so hard to put into words the sadness we feel at losing Marie. We were privileged to share time with you both on your visits to the U.K. and we had the best holiday ever when we stayed with you in Canada. Who could forget the G’nT’s with ‘Wheel of Fortune’ and all the laughs we had. Our thoughts are with you Robin and Megan, you must hold on to your wonderful memories of a fun loving, caring, wife and mother.
SO SORRY I WAS AWAY WITH MICHAEL IN MEXICO AT THIS TIME. I NEVER GOT TO SAY GOODBYE TO HER BEFORE I LEFT.
WILL MISS HER A LOT. WE ALL LOVED HER.
I KNOW WE WILL ALL MISS HER BUT SHE IS AT PEACE NOW WITHOUT PAIN. WILL DROP BY AND VISIT YOU AS I JUST GOT HOME LAST EVENING.
ELIZABETH, FRANK AND MICHAEL.
Robin,
I am so sorry that this terrible disease has claimed another wonderful person.

Our hearts are heavy at losing Marie, my favourite sister-in-law. She was a great person, full of laughter and cheer: good for a chat, and always gregarious and fun to be with. We shall miss her so much, and feel enormous sadness, especially for Robin and Megan, and all her family. We send you all our love.
The feelings of loss are very hard to put into words. We have many treasured memories of Marie going back more than 35 years and her laughter is just one of them. Our love and thoughts are with you, Robin and Megan, at this very sad time.

I have missed Marie in the back corner at Jazzercise for the last year. It’s not the same without her. We had great fun, Marie was always eager to go for coffee afterwards at Tim’s. No donuts though!
Bob and I will miss her, she was always ready to party, have fun and laugh, willing to listen and had a kind and generous heart.
There is a huge vacuum in our lives.
With love

Such sorrow for the loss of a truly wonderful friend.
Her kindness and caring, laughter and love of life will be missed by so many.
Farewell Marie
To Marie’s Family.
I only met Marie once, when I was visiting Pam and Graham (Austin) from England.
I am so sorry for your very sad loss, and offer my sincere condolences. I met Marie at a Supper Club, I was very kindly invited to with Pam. I come from Yorkshire, and as Marie originated from Lancashire, we were both “northern Lasses”, and shared the same sense of humour! I really enjoyed her company that evening. She was obviously a very special lady, and greatly loved by her friends.
I will be thinking about her on Friday,
and treasure the memories of our brief meeting.

I know no words can help ease the sorrow you feel today. Marie was a wonderful special person and I feel so honoured to have called her my special friend for the past almost thirty years. I will miss her terribly and will always remember the “best damned $10.00 she ever spent”
Robin & family,
It is with great sadness I offer my sincere condolences for your loss.
It is said people come into our lives to make a difference and Marie did just that for me. I will miss looking back to see if she is laughing in the “back row”, I will miss us laughing while we played bingo at the senior’s club but I know that your loss will be even greater but with many more memories and for that we will be thankful.
Rest in peace but I know with laughter Marie. I am away this week but I shall pause on Friday at 10:00 and remember Marie.
Faith
