Bev and family-
I share with you a deep sense of loss upon George’s passing. George was my best friend through college and ever since. I have appreciated every occasion we have been able to briefly get together. In my memory, he is still the best.

I have so many wonderful memories of Bob and I visiting you at your cottages near Ottawa and Edmonton. Our trips with you to the Calgary Stampede, Kananaskis. Our trip from Edmonton to Kelowna, and on to Vancouver.
Cherish all these pleasant memories.

I am so sorry to learn of George’s passing. I remember him with fondness. Our memories of visiting you in Edmonton when the kids were little are precious to us. I am going to be in Banff from Apri 14 to Apr 20. Are any of you living anywhere near there, such as Calgary, Canmore? Jean Simpson
Thoughts and Caring go to You Bev and to Julie ,James ,Graham and Families. Uncle George was a Great Mind and I remember lots of deep conversations with George as a teenager while George Inspired me to pursue Science – Medicine. You are a blessing George.
I am deeply sorry, Aunt Bev, at your loss and for the difficult times you have lived through in the last few months as you journeyed with Uncle George and with cancer.

Was with a heavy heart that I learned of George’s passing. I remember fondly the Christmas dinners spent with your family and time at your cottages both here and in Edmonton.

I have great memories of visiting Uncle George and Auntie Bev in Ottawa when I was a child……having to eat the squash at the dinner table! Was the first time I had every had it, but now not the last. I really like squash now. Glad I was introduced to it so many years ago :)
