Condolences
With every passing memory, my kokoms voice always finds its way back into my mind. I have hope not all her strength, gifts, and knowledge are forgotten, but remembered to be shared with a sincere heart. My Kokom was a living being who linked me to my older ancestors. She proved to me our past heritage was a real way of life. I am very proud to have known my kokoms.
Dear Freddie,
It is with great sadness for you and your family that I just read of Eliza’s crossing over. Hopefully she and Cyril have found time for a reunion in the next world. Cyril died 3 yrs. ago so I have a slight understanding of the emptiness that may surround you at this time.
You and Eliza had over 50 yrs. together and may remembering the good times bring a smile to your saddened heart.
I have so many great memories of the old days with you and Eliza, camping, round-up time, the time Aaron was so fascinated with my hair dryer at our home, etc. The spirit quest blanket you and Eliza gave us the last time we met has been a treasured gift over these years but as I gazed at it yesterday I have the feeling it is time for it to be passed on. It was that thought that made me enter your name on the computer today and see Liza’s obituary.
I know your children and grandchildren are very loving and protective of you but I would love to hear directly from you or one of them.
With all my love and condolences.
