Condolences
Our sincere condolences on the passing our your Dad, George. George was a magnificient man & father…always showing his pride for his children. He spoke of people in such a respectful manner…a true gentleman. We enjoyed visits with your Dad when we visited our own children in Calgary…I always used to call him “handsome”…cause he was…and that brought a blushing “oh, gosh”…and then a big hug…yes I truly adored your Dad as he had that sweet sparkle in his eye!
We planned on attending the interment service for your Dad but of recent we are stricken with our own sadness…my brother has recently passed away from a battle with cancer, so we will not be able to make the trip out to the cemetery service. Take care of each other.
My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time. I was so sorry to hear of George’s passing. He was such a wonderful person and such a family man. I really appreciated that him and Phyllis would always visit with my Mom Dien Dayman and after she passed on with my Aunt Truce Bigelow. Peace be with you George.
To all of George’s family, please know that you’re in Paul’s and my thoughts at this time. I hadn’t heard about his passing until Tim & Wendy sent me the link and I saw that I’d missed the funeral by hours, otherwise I would have been there. George was always full of humor and spunk and he will definitely be missed.
