Condolences
Dear Uncle Ozzie and family, I felt for your loss when I heard about Auntie Shirley’s passing. I have so many positive childhood memories of Auntie Shirley and I can hear her wonderful laughter even as I write. Just know that my thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time of sadness. Sincerely, Sandra Bloxham
I am the daughter of Keith Taylor and I wish to tell you how sorry we are for the loss of Auntie Shirley. I have fond memories of her and Uncle Ozzie. I know they helped Dad out when he was a young man and he needed a place to stay, as he was working in the city. It was supposed to be temporary – as he had a bed behind the piano in your living room. But he was there for a long time – I think maybe it was Auntie Shirley’s cooking! Actually, I do know it was because he was made to feel so welcome and loved living there. Please treasure the memories within your heart and accept our message of sympathy that is filled with love and fondness.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I wanted to let you know that I am here for you at any time you need me – just to listen, or to talk. I already told you this, but I wanted to say it again. Please, don’t hesitate to call me if you need anything.
With my deepest sympathy,
Sarah

Dear Ozzie, Sharon, Allan, Cathy and families,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I remember your family visits to Uncle Bob & Aunt Joyce’s farm in Champion and how exciting it was to get to know somebody from “Calgary” – such happy memories! I know there are no words to express your sadness but I understand what you’re feeling and I know your faith and all your wonderful memories will show you the way. My prayers are with you. Dianne
Uncle Ozzie, Sharon, Allan, Cathy, and families: Sorry to hear of the loss of Auntie Shirley. I have fond memories of coming to Calgary and staying
with “my city cousins”. We were always
made to feel at home. In many ways, she was much like our own mom. She welcomed us, fed us, made sure we knew her rules and always made us feel special. In actuality, she was the special one!
We are sorry we are unable to attend the service. Truly, our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Penny, Joe and family
