Condolences
Dear Helene, Jennifer and Jessica
So sorry to hear the news.
Could you please contact me at my email. I would love to catch up with you.
Fondly, Christopher…
I learned of Len’s passing away in the obituaries in the Montreal Gazette. I was sorry to hear that but in our age group some of us, sadly, are passing away. Len and I were classmates at McGill until our graduation in 1952. We were not buddies but were friendly classmates. In the large drafting room where we all had a desk to store books and material, we often had discussions, usually in small groups, sometimes lively ones, where we attempted to solve the world’s problems….! After graduation we lost contact. Many years later I have organized dinners for our class as part of Fall homecoming celebrations. I spoke with Len over the phone sometime in the summers of 2002 and 2007 to invite him to our dinners, with a bit of arm-twisting, but he unfortunately could not attend.
My condolences to his life partner Judy and his family.
Sincerely, Gerry Roy
St. Bruno (a suburb of Montreal)
Dear Judy..my sincere condolences..I have fond memories of Len and yourself…
Dear Judy:
Len was such a wonderful man – full of great humour, wonderful elan and a wee bit of “you gotta love it” contrariness.
He was one of the nicest guys I’ve ever known.
You are in our thoughts and hearts through this difficult time.
Our sincere sympathies and big hugs,
Love,
Sharon & Neil MacIntyre
