Stuart was a true gentleman and I was honoured to have known him for the past twenty years. We lawn bowled both together and in opposition many times and he always showed true sportsmanship.

His passing is a great loss to the family and many friends of this wonderful man.

I met Stuart when he hired me to work for AADAC in 1974 and I always enjoyed our chats over the years and seeing him at various ‘AADAC’ or AA events which he often attended even after his retirement. He always greeted me with he wonderful smile and a warm handshake.
