To the Clarke Family……..
I am so very sorry to hear of the passing of Harris recently. He was a truly wonderful person and believe me…the absolute most best neighbor in the whole world for several years! He always had a kind smile and would call a warm “hello neighbor” – no matter how busy he was. He was also a kind friend through those many years.
His spirit will go on and be remembered by those whose lives he touched, and we are glad to have known him and have those memories. I speak on behalf of others too, who had the opportunity to meet both him and his lovely wife, Virginia through me, whether just at the fence in a friendly chat, or a more intense conversation over the BBQ. We all listened intently to the many stories he told of old times as he was growing up and moving into Calgary, his camping and fishing trips and all shared many tears and laughs over the many years.
I am very sad for your loss of your father and grandfather. I do believe he is in a much better place now, free of any pain and sorrow – and is with his Virginia.
He will always be remembered in our hearts.
