Jamie / Arlene, Matt and Robin, so sorry to hear of Lois’s passing. We knew she was going through a tough time but did not expect it so soon. I had a great talk with her after S.R.’s service last May and she seemed to be in good health then. It has been quite a year for you guys, but I know 2010 will be much better for you.
