Condolences
Jo Anne and family:
We were deeply saddened to hear of the loss of your beloved husband, father, and grandfather while we were down south. He will be surely missed. We always enjoyed his sense of humour – a great guy. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of you at this difficult time. Cherish the memories.
With love, sympathy and caring.
I was saddened to hear of Jim’s passing. He was a lovely man, with a great sense of humor. He hired me for my first job at Esso, and I have many fond memories of working with Jim and the rest of the land department. My condolences on your loss.
Jo Anne and Family; we are so very sorry to hear of Jim’s passing. We have many a good memory of our BC golfing trips, High River golfing, wine tasting and Jim’s story telling. He was the best.
So sorry to read in the paper of Jim’s passing. Even though I haven’t seen both in years I have fond memories of times spent at the Highwood. Your family will be in my thoughts and prayers in the days to come. Irene
We just heard about Jim passing away (down in Tucson for the winter). Very sorry. Jim was always a joy to be around and he will be remembered and missed. Our sincere condolences to JoAnne and family.
Dear Joanne and Family,
My deepest sympathies go out to you. Jim was a great man and always had a big smile on his face. I am truly sorry for your loss.

Jennifer, Blair, Evan and Gracie,
Our thoughts are with you at this difficult time. Though I never got to meet your Dad, Grandfather, over the years I have certainly enjoyed his humor through the e-mails you shared. He will never be far from your heart or your mind.
Our sincere sympathy,
Shelley, Al and family
Our thoughts are with you at this time of your loss. We will miss Jim’s humour and his positive attitude towards life.
Dear JoAnne and family:
As your neighbour and friends we offer you our sincere sympathy in the loss of Jim. We have very fond memories of past years when he was the humorous storyteller of a gathering. Our thoughts and prayers have been with you every day along this difficult journey, and they will continue. We are unable to be with you at the Mass today but we will be there in spirit. God bless you all.
Our thoughts with you today Jo Anne.
We are thankful for the memories of our time spent with a brilliant man – and his brilliant sense of humour – and you, his truely brilliant inspiration. The last time we saw Jim, he was walking off the 5th green carrying the flag, no doubt deep in thought on ways to play it better next time ’round. Once he realized he still had it in his hand, he casually turned on his heel, looked back down the fairway and waved the flag. His smile could be seen despite the 180 yards between us and him (none of us hits it very darned far!). Jim Hart will truely be missed.
Stay strong Jo Anne and cherish those memories.

Please accept my sincere condoleances at the passing of Jim. I always had an enjoyable time when we golfed together.
Aunt Joannie and Family,
My wife Shona and I are so sorry to hear about Jim’s passing. I did not get to spend a lot of time with him, but when Aunt Joannie and Jim would visit the great London Ontario area Uncle Jim always made a profound impression. He was a great listener, and supporter. I am particularly thankful for the time I spent with Jim while at my sister Julianne’s wedding in 2000. Jim was extremely successful in making extended family, living so far away, feel close to him.
God Bless.

Jo Anne and family,
I was saddened to read of Jim’s passing. It has been many years since I have seen any of your family, but I still have memories of sharing time together and recall what a jokester Jim was. Sounds like he continued with that upbeat attitude through his life. I am sure you will miss him greatly. Please accept my sincere sympathy. Marnie (Brown) Connelly

I have special memories of Jim from the early days on wellsite with dear old Mother Esso as we called the company. We had some good times together. Spider as some of us called him then, made a significant contribution to all our lives.
With kindest condolences,

Jo Anne I am so very sorry to read of Jim’s passing. Jim will be remembered always. Since moving to Kelowna I have thought of you, both, often. Dear Jo Anne
We just heard of Jim’s passing this morning and would like to offer our sincere condolences. Unfortunately, we will not be able to attend the funeral.
We will fondly remember the fun Jim had on the golf course and, I’m sure, in all areas of his life.
He will be missed
Sincerely, Joan and Marty Shannon
I am a friend of Jennifer’s and have heard so many wonderful stories about her dad. Please know that you are all in my heart and prayers.
JoAnne,
We were both so sorry to read of Jim’s passing and
send our sincere sympathy to you and your family.
Jim was one of the ‘good’ guys – always smiling and
upbeat with a quip that made one laugh. We know he
will be dearly missed.
Our condolences,
Barbara and Doug Baldwin.
