Obituary of CRUMP – Melvin

August 31, 1916 – November 11, 2009 Melvin Crump passed away on Wednesday, November 11, 2009 at the age of 93 years. Melvin is survived by his son Marvin (Karen); daughter Maureen; grandsons, Eric, Quinn, Aaron and Jordan; and great grandson Liam. He is also survived by his sister, Rose Long of Baltimore and brothers, Robert, Ronnie and Paul, all of Vancouver. Melvin was predeceased by his wife, Beatrice, in 1976. Melvin is known to many as a musician. He was honoured as a maverick, displayed at the Glenbow Museum, appeared in a movie and TV commercials. His life was full and he will be missed.
