Don & Jill. I was very sorry to hear of your loss. My sympathy and thoughts are with you.

We are long-time, good friends of Don and Jill Umbach and were deeply saddened to learn of Irene’s passing.

Having lost two mothers ourselves, we understand the loss that Don and Jill are now facing. It is a most difficult time for her sons, as well as for all her family and friends.

We reside in Vancouver, otherwise we would most certainly attend Irene’s funeral to share our deepest condolences in person to Don, Jill and family.

The Walter family would like to express our condolences to Irene’s family and friends at this time of sadness.

We will remember Aunt Irene as one of our favorite aunts, who reminded us so much of our mother Marg. We have many fond memories of them telling stories and laughing together for hours while we were growing up. We remember how much fun all of the sisters had at the family gatherings.

Unfortunately, we are not able to attend the services on Sunday, but our thoughts will be with her and her family.
