Condolences
Dear Eileen,
My thoughts are with you. I have many fond memories of Dale. I hope he and my father are sailing their boats in heaven. He was a very special godfather.
Dear Eileen – We extend our sympathy on your loss of Dale. It was a special privilege to have known him and always an enjoyable time spent with him on a hike.
Eileen and Family
I was saddened to hear of Dale’s passing. I only knew Dale for a couple of years – we met through the Esso Annuitants Hiking Club. On my very first hike w/ the Esso group, Dale saved the day for me, when I forgot hiking sox & Dale was able to provide me a spare pair from his pack. We walked together in the mountains on a number of occasions – Dale obviously loved to be out there. He will be missed.
Dear Eileen Please accept our symphathy in your loss of Dale he was such a gentleman considerate and kind he will be greatly missed by us all.
Eileen, Nicole, David, Petra and Roman.
Please accept our deepest condolences. Both Ellen and I were very sad to hear of Dale’s passing. As you know, most of our encounters with Dale were in and around our beautiful backyards and the lane-way we shared as neighbours. We will always remember Dale’s great humour and kindness and the incredibly positive perspective he always brought to our conversations. We will always remember him.
We are sorry that we cannot attend the celebration of his life tomorrow.
Kindest regards,
Jeff and Ellen.
Eileen, Nic & Dave,
I am so very sorry for your loss. I will remember Dale when I spend time enjoying the outdoors and while attending concerts and other cultural events. Wishing you strength during this time, my thoughts are with you…
Much Love, Susan

Please accept my deepest sympathy in your loss of Dale. Dale and I crossed paths many times over the last 25 years or so; former Texaco employees, members of the Eau Claire Y and lastly as members of the Imperial Annuitants Hiking Club. Dale was a true gentleman and his was a life well lived.
God Bless – Steve O’Neill
Dear Eileen and family,
We are so very sorry to hear about Dale! We haven’t seen either of you recently, but we have some great memories of times at the wine club, and especially when we were both on the executive. He was a very pleasant and interesting (and apparently VERY accomplished) fellow.
Best regards, Mary & Peter Mooney
All of us here at the YMCA, Staff and members, will miss Dale’s smiles and friendly ways. We will always remember him working out in the back row of the aerobics classes, as he was a YMCA member for 41 years!
We’ll miss him dearly and our prayers go out to all of his family

Dear Eileen and Nicole,
I just got back from vacation and saw that Dale had passed away on Oct 15. I am so sorry to hear that as he was always a very kind man. As you know, Dale’s path and mine crossed way before McLean & Parnters. I can remember going out for lunch with him many times back in the Texaco days. Even then he always impressed me with his athleticism and calm, thoughtful demeanor. Wishing you strength through this difficult time
Best,
Patti Shannon
