Obituary of SPARKS – Derek Kelly

July 17, 1934 – October 5, 2009 Derek Sparks, beloved husband of Marvel Sparks of Calgary, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, October 5, 2009 at the age of 75 years. Thirty three years of Derek’s career was spent with Hoffman LaRoche. Upon retirement he was a White Hatter, Golf Marshall at Shaganappi, driver for Skate Canada and Eucharistic Minister at Holy Name. Besides his loving wife Marvel, Derek is survived by his son Norman and daughters Kimberly and Michele (Mark) LaDuke; five grandchildren Baaron, Trevor, Ariel, Sarah and Stephen.
