Mrs. Bulmer, Diane and Scott,
I am so very sorry for your loss. Growing up next door to your family, I have many memories of Mr. Bulmer, as I was always welcomed into your house. He was a very kind man, always smiling, laughing and enjoying life. I also had the pleasure of working with him at Sproule and Associates, thanks to his reference.
My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I will always be grateful to Charlie for hiring me as a green geologist right out of university in 1973. He, and the staff at Sproule, were great to work with and learn about the oil and gas industry. He always had a quick smile and a wonderful sense of humour.
He will be missed and remembered tremendously.
Agnes & Diane,
I was very sad to hear of Charlie’s passing. It’s been many years since I spoke with Charlie, but I remember him as a kind and gentle person, with a great sense of humor.

but those who care share your loss and
wish you comfort and peace of mind.
May you find strength, in the love of
family and in the warm embrace of friends.
Deepest Sympathy
I would like to send my Sincere Condolences to the Bulmer Family.
I was fortunate to have worked at Sproule at the same time as Charlie was here. He was a very kind man and I was glad to have known him.
Sorry, I will not be able to attend the funeral.
Back in the late summer of 1980 I was a young geologist, new in town and looking for a job. Charlie interviewed me and a few days later called to say I had come second. However, he had a buddy who was looking for a geologist if I was still looking. I was, and I got the job. For that, thanks Charlie.
Many years later we were looking for some help with well evaluation and the person we hired was Charlie’s daughter Diane. It’s a small world in the oil patch!
I would like to send my deepest sympathy to the Bulmer family. Agnes and Charlie have been such close friends with my parents for so many years, I’ve always enjoyed hearing about how much fun “The Gang” had on those wonderful trips to Athabasca. Charlie, you will be deeply missed and I am sure you and my father Ken are playing 18 holes in heaven as we speak.
Sorry to hear the loss of you father. I have many memories when we were hanging out at the acreage.
Dear Agnes,
Our sincere condolences. Hari learned a lot from Charlie and always spoke highly of him. He was a great person and certainly will be missed by family and friends.
