Condolences
Barb
We were thinking of you guys while travelling down the Montana highway.
We remember the many socials we had with the Farries crew and mostly the fun we had.
I have always been grateful for Mikes’ part in my getting on full time when he retired and all the help he gave me.
We wish you strength in these difficult times.

Dear Barb:
I just read in this mornings Herald of Mikes’ passing. Please accept my condolences to you and your family.
I have many fond memories of Mike when we worked at the old Esso refinery in Ogden and later when I went to the School Mines. In fact, it was Mike who influenced me to go there, and which turned out to be the best thing I’ve ever done. When we worked at the refinery we all had nicknames, which were usually generated by Harry Humphries, but I can’t remember what we called Mike. These were usually quite amusing. It was a pleasure to have known Mike.
Sincerely,
Garry Swanson

Dear Barb.
We’re sending our love and sympathy to you and your family at this time. We remember our happy, shared times at St. Laurence and more recently, meeting you and Mike again, as you delivered our, “Meals on Wheels”.
We are praying for you and for Mike. May he rest in peace.
Blessings,
John and Alice
Dear Maddocks Family,
Susan and I send our heart filled condolences to you all. I fondly look back to the “Hockey Years” and remember Mike as a take charge kind of guy that could always be counted on to be behind the bench. He was there for us kids with a pat on the back… a kind word of encouragement… and an endless supply of Juicy Fruit gum!
I will remember Mike as a man that always made me feel welcome. He had such a wonderfully warm heart and a laugh that I can still hear in my head all these years later.
Praying for Mike and you all.
Love Dave, Susan, Matthew and Kate

Maddocks Family:
This comes to express to you all, our most heatfelt condolences for the loss and consequent grief you are experiencing.
M.R. was my friend of some fifty years standing; we shared a number of memorable experiences during our young years — some best not revisited at this time.
It was my honour, extreme pleasure and, remains a fond memory to have attended him, as second “best man”, for his wedding (despite some of the aforementioned “memorable experiences”) to Barbara.
I am grateful to the Maddocks family for affording the opportunity to participate in this solemn rite of passage for our beloved “M.R.”.
Farewell my friend, you were one of the good guys — we will miss you.
J. & J. Carter
