I was so saddened to hear about Evelyn’s passing. I had many opportunities to see her caring nature when she came to Providence Children’s Centre to give Vincent his special home made snacks. Vincent loved frittatas and special cookies which were full of proteins and vitamins.

I hope that Evelyn’s love and strength will fortify her family as they begin their lives without her.
