Obituary of PAVELICH – Joseph

June 24, 1938 – August 27, 2009 Joseph (Joe) Pavelich beloved husband of Darlene of Calgary, passed away after a couragous struggle with cancer on Thursday, August 27, 2009 at the age of 71 years. Joe worked for Canada Post for thirty-two years. Besides his loving wife Darlene, Joe is also survived by his daughter, Shelley (Darryl); son, Ryan (Carmen); grandsons, Michael and Connor, who were his pride and joy; sisters, Anne, Mary (George) and Yvonne (John); brothers, Paul (Kathy), Bob (Cathy), Nick (Gillian) and sister-in-law Marj as well as several nieces and nephews. Joe was predeceased by his parents, Paul and Mary, and by his brother John. Relatives and friends are invited to Prayers and Tributes at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Crowfoot Chapel (82 CROWFOOT CIRCLE N.W.), on Sunday, August 30, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Luke’s Catholic Church (Corner of Northmount Drive & Northland Drive N.W.) on Monday, August 31, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. A Private family graveside service will take place at Queens Park Cemetery on Tuesday, September 1, 2009.
