Obituary of Laura Adeline JENSEN

June 15, 1916 – August 26, 2009 Laura Jensen, beloved wife of the late Doran Jensen, passed away peacefully at the Chinook Care Centre, Calgary, on August 26, 2009, at the age of 93. Laura was born and raised in Abernethy, Saskatchewan, married her husband and immigrated to the United States in 1956. They lived in the western United States before retiring in Sun City, Arizona. Laura returned to Canada in 2005. She is remembered by her brother’s family, Shera Farrell, Dickie Motherwell and Eddie Yandle, Shannon and Harry, Richard, Chelsea Sambells, Gaela Toombs and by Bill and Diane Banks and John and Grace Diehl. A Memorial Tea will be held at the Motherwell National Historic Park on Sunday, Victoria Day weekend, May 2010. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
