Thelma,
Anne and I are both deeply saddened by the news of Dave; it gave us both pause to remmeber the wonderful times we shared with you and Dave, and the many good years of friendship back in the 70’s and 80’s when you lived in Sherwood Park.
We recalled the great nights we went out dancing at the club in the Sherwood Park Inn and the fun we all shared at the many parties that we had at each others homes.
Although we did not see much of each other after the move to Calgary, those memories are never far from our thoughts.
Thelma our condolences on Dave’s passing he will be missed by all his friends at Country Hills.

The years apart didn’t separate us –
we could always share news, a joke, some reflection.
The miles apart didn’t separate us – you worked in an industry that ensured a connection.
Even your passing does not separate us – you remain a good mate remembered with affection.
Farewell Dave, life-long friend.

Thelma, our thoughts and love are with you. We have such fond, fun memories to cherish of times shared with you and Dave. Such friendships are truly a blessing, Butty and I are very grateful that our paths brought us all together.
Dave had such a boyish chuckle and grin that resonates still, each time I think of him I smile and hear his laughter, even after his first chemo when he called to share his experience that day, he still had his chuckle.
Just spent the evening looking through photos of all the silly times and fun times together. Dave brought a lot of happiness to all those around him with his wit , silly jokes, tricks, tidbits of knowledge, cooking skills, his cheeky moments, his caring ways. Although he has passed on, he will always be close by.
Many thanks Dave for being you.
Much love, Haze and Butty (Dave)

Thelma,
Words, however kind,
can’t mend your heartache,
but those who care and
share your loss wish you,
comfort and peace of mind.
May you find strength,
in the love and warm embrace,
of friends and family.
So sad to hear of Dave’s passing,
Our Condolences,
