My condolences to the Norman clan. I have very fond memories of Garry and enjoyed his smile and his passion for business and life in general. My prayers are with all of you. I am thankful Garry has found peace.

My condolences to Garry’s family. Garry & I were members of the “Goalie’s Union” in Victoria. I met Garry when we played against each other on Friday nights. I will always remember Garry as a happy, caring, & respectful man. In peace my friend.

I express my heartfelt condolences to the Norman family, Carrie, William and Danielle. I had met this very astute and distinguished man in 1997 and right away I new there was something special about him. His brilliant intelligence, charming deameanor and passion for everything in life was an inspiration to me. Garry and Carries commitment to their business was second to non. It was hard to track him down because of his schedule but when we did meet for coffee or lunch it was always an interesting and global conversation. His passion for hockey is where I fit in as we were teammates on the Admirals hockey club. Oh and yes the best of friends away from the rink. I will never forget his unselfish giving and great sense of humour. He was a great role model for myself and has given me inspiration for my own life. I feel very priviledged and blessed to have met and became good friends with Garry. May the winds of time guide you on your new voyage. Goodbye my friend.

Garry was a great friend at VC and was an usher at my wedding, providing a superb surprise toast to the groom. Many fond memories of our road trip to Portland to see the Whitecaps play, spilling champagne in the limo at grad, and cheering VC on at basketball games.
