We couldn’t have loved Uncle John more – he was always such fun to be with and brought a great perspective to every issue and occasion. So many precious memories of him as the “only” Uncle in the Julius and Anton Lind children – and a good one he was!
Our prayers for God’s loving and gracious support to Rene, Jan and Bob and the grandchildren.
Dear Reen, Jan and family,
I am so sorry to hear of John’s passing. It is a great loss for family and friends.
I will always remember the special times we had as neighbors in Palliser Square. We consulted each other almost daily about the best treatment for our patients while sipping a mug of lemon tea.
We had a great time fishing in Vancouver and even managed to land a few salmon. John’s devotion to Reen and his family was very open and special.. As a friend I felt the same gentle caring and loyalty.
Both Elinor and I will miss him greatly.

Dear Rene, Jan and family
So sorry to hear/read about John’s passing. We didn’t realize Dr John was 90 years old and you were married 64 years! Wow! What an accomplishment and how time flies. We will never forget what a great dentist Dr Lind was. We both have crowns well over 50 year’s (back to the old AGT building ) with both Marilyn’s. Our new dentist’s marvel at what wonderful work he did for us. We always enjoyed our time with you both outside the office even playing “chase the Ace” in Sun City. We know Rene, you and your family have so many fun, fond memories of your Husband/Dad. Re-live then to the fullest!! Hugs to you all and take care-each day at a time! Keep smiling as that is what John would want!!
Ivan and Jean and family

Saying goodbye to someone we love is heartbreaking. Our hearts are with you during this time of sorrow. May you find comfort in all the special memories shared with John and knowing that he is with the Great Comforter! We’ll be praying for you and your family. Remember that God’s love and grace are always with you. Love and Hugs.
The world has lost a very wonderful person but it is definitely heaven’s gain. They just don’t come like John anymore, always a delight to be around. Our thoughts and prayers are very much with you ‘Rene’ and also to you Jan and family. May you find strength these days in knowing the Lord and His blessings in this difficult time in life.
