Condolences
I wanted to personally give my condolences to Tristan’s family
I never met him personally, I learned a little about him through my wife Jo and seeing a video of him speaking regarding the, Make a wish foundation and Kimmett Cup- that was all. Yet with only that tiny amount of exposure I knew he was one of those people that comes along once in a blue moon with a wisdom and strength born into him very rarely seen. A true one off someone who that, I am sure if you were lucky enough to know or cross paths with you where very, very lucky.
A true hero and inspiration to myself.
If someone you never met can make an impact on you, then you know that person was extremely special.
The members of the Canadian Oilfield Riders wish to offer your family our deepest sympathy for the loss of Tristan. Most of us have children and , as parents, the loss of a child is unimaginable. It is impossible to read the story of his life and not be moved to tears. This young man has certainly lived beyond his years and his accomplishments under the worst of circumstances will be an inspiration to us all. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to be a small part of his story. – COR

We are saddened to hear of your great loss.
We send you our condolences and prayers.
My empathy to all of you and your extended family. I know of Tristan’s battle through Kieran’s Uncle Steve and Aunt Bonnie, especially while his Uncle fought many of the same battles. There is no sorrow like losing a brother, or a child. My heart goes to all of you – hold Kieran tight as you all go on, just one day at a time.
Todd,Loreli & Kierran,
Todd,We are thinking of you & your family at this very sad & difficult time.
We have got to know of Tristan, his courage & determination through adversity and thoughtfulness of others through your parents Barry & Ad…Tristan’s grandparents.
May there be comfort for all of you in the healing power of prayers; in thoughts of the remarkable young man your son had become and that Tristan’s trials have ceased.
From your old Crestview neighbourhood, the Lockhart’s, Clare & Decie
So sorry for your loss and I send you my deepest condolences. May your grief be comforted with the many memories in your hearts.
Tristan and all involved should be very proud of their efforts to save Tristan, and the changes that they all made because of Tristan. A hat’s off to the Make a Wish Foundation and Dave Stinton for all of the endless work that they have put in to help make wishes come true.
Todd, Loreli, Kieran,
Our sincerest condolences to you and your family. Even though we never met your son, we were touched by his life with the stories and thoughts that Todd had shared with myself at work about what a courageous young man he was. May you always have his memories with you.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you, God bless.

Todd, Loreli and Kieran,
We are heartbroken to hear of Tristan’s passing. What a year it has been. Loved ones are never here long enough. Just know that Tristan’s got a great neighbour up there with a giant stash of Halloween candy looking out for him.
All our love,

Todd Loreli and Kieran my heart is with you all as it has been through the last three years. I feel so sad for all of you. I know Tristan is with God and he has no more pain. He will be missed absolutely but you have wonderful memories. Hold them close and never forget the wonderful person he was. You were blessed to have such a wonder boy for a son.
God be with you all and may you have peace in your memories and love in your hearts. I pray you will stay in touch with our family. We love you.
Words cannot fully express the sorrow we feel for you and your family. What a truly courageous young man Tristan was. Those we hold closest, never leave us, they live on in the kindness they’ve shared and the love they brought to others. May you always treasure the wonderful memories you hold so dear and our prayers are with you and your family. Rest in Peace Tristan.
What an incredible loss for this world. I only knew Tristan a short while but as I told him,he was an amazing individual who was mature and courageous beyond his years. There is no answer to why someone so special is taken to soon but we need to remember that life is fleeting and we must be thankful for those who are a part of it and make it that much more special. Tristan was that person.
God bless all of you. May you find comfort in the knowledge that Tristan’s time here affected so many people’s lives in a way that is uniquely special and unmeasurable.
Condolences,
