What sad news to read of Bjorg’s passing such a long time ago. Very sorry that news did not reach me and my husband Doug before this. She was a talented artist. I still remember some of the pieces of her work which she shared with me at her home in Winnipeg many years ago. Belated condolences to you all. No doubt she will be much missed and I’m saddened to think that we will not meet again. I cherish memories of the day of her wedding to Ted at which occasion I was privileged to be Flower Girl. She was a warm and caring “Auntie”.

My daughter Joanne and I are travelling to Iceland next month and would be glad of any information you might have regarding the roots there of our Grandparents, Gestny and Ludvik.
