I am Joyce’s Australian Friend from 60″s in Montreal. Unfortunately, we lost touch some time after she married Leo. I was just going through some old letters and found one from Joyce, which gave me the idea to Google her name. I was hoping to make contact and am saddened to hear of her passing. We had many adventures and many laughs when as friends in Montreal.

Joyce taught our little girls Deejay and Meggie when we moved to Saint Bruno. We became friends with Joyce and Leo and lost touch when John was posted to Toronto. Joyce and Leo we considered as close friends and I am devasted to learn as of November 13, 2011 that she has passed away. We remember her with such a passion for dancing that was passed on to our youngest daughter Deejay who studied dancing until she was in her teens. Thank you both for being a part of our life while we were in St Bruno. I will always remember that both of you liked our girls because they were so well behaved.
