We were very sorry to hear of Bill’s passing. It was always great to see him on his and Josie’s visits to Perth. I’m glad I had the chance to play some very early golf games with Bill and share some hockey banter over the years. Our heartfelt condolences to Josie and the Lelek family.
To the entire family, such a loss. He was a wonderful man

So many wonderful memories I have of our Mr. L as I liked to call him. He was one of the first to hold me when mom (Willa) and dad (Dick) Edmunds adopted me. I have spent the last 10 years living beside both Bill and Joyce. We have been neighbors and he was just like a father to me. It is with my sincerest condolences I pass on to the entire Lelek family. I feel so lucky and blessed to have known and shared so many wonderful memories with my Mr L my second dad. He will be forever remembered in our hearts as the charismatic, happy, smiling lovely man he was. God bless you Bill may you rest in peace. Ps Bill. I will be here for your lovely amazing wife Joyce, whom you loved so dearly. I know you would be happy about that. Blowing you kisses now like you did for me, when I last saw you in hospital. I love you always and forever.
Mike, Isabelle and family,

To Joyce and family, We will all miss Bill …. I will especially miss our 5:30 AM golf games in Perth where we played the 1st hole in the dark! And will not forget our days at Port Beach watching him on the boogie board. Rest in peace now Willy. Maybe gone but certainly not forgotten. Love, Elaine
To Grandma and our Family,
As I write this I feel like Grandpa is with me now. I remember all the times we would take our boogie boards to the beach and Grandpa would boogie board all morning. He was pretty good to. He would always be laughing when he would run back up with the board. I think of how much Grandpa liked the clam chowder at Earls. I remember how he always had the same sound of laugh when he would cuddle me and call me his little Malinka.
We will all miss you very much Grandpa and we will take good care of Grandma for you.
Love Sam
Very sorry to hear of the passing of Bill. With our time spent with Mike and his family we had the opportunity to meet Bill and Josephine and knew he was a loving husband, father & grandfather. Sounded like he enjoyed life and was able travel and golf with his buddies to late in his life. Our thoughts and prayers are with all the family and know there will be many great memories to share with each other in time.
Sorry we will be away during the service but thinking of all.
Bill was a wonderful grandfather – father and man. His energy and enthusiasm for life never waned and his determination and grit inspired his family and all that knew him.
