Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to all of you.

I just wanted to share a great memory from my childhood of Ric. I believe it was Christmas dinner at Auntie Mildred and Uncle Marvin’s home, Ric did have a great sense of humour as corelle dish ware had just come out as we had just all sat down he decided to show us all how sturdy these dishes were and he picked up a plate and was daring us to get him to drop it on the floor. Of course being just a kid at the time I thought ” oh you are going to be in big trouble for breaking Auntie Mildred’s new plate.” He dropped it and it spun on the hardwood floor much the same as a quarter would and to our amazement it didn’t break. He did have all of our attention and laughter.

Hello Louise and family,

We are very saddened to hear of Ric’s passing. I don’t think I knew that he was sick with cancer. That comes from not being able to make it to the golf tournaments. Hopefully this coming year. We are not able to make it to the funeral on Saturday, but please know that I will spend some time in thought and prayers for him and your family.

I just informed Cindy and she told me a story that she remembered about Ric one holiday at your Mom & Dad’s. I hope she shares it with you. It will make you smile.
