Obituary of Phyllis Dorothy Annie TAYLOR

TAYLOR, Phyllis Dorothy Annie March 2, 1919 – Guildford, Great Britain October 22, 2016 – Calgary, Alberta Phyllis Dorothy Annie Taylor passed away peacefully on October 22, 2016 at the age of 97 years. Phyllis had a great love for gardening, poetry and all things family. She was a wonderful and generous person. She enjoyed spending time in her garden and was seen more than once precariously perched at the top of her apple tree. She loved sharing life stories and knowledge and always had time for a visit and cup of tea. She had a very special spot in her heart for all the little children that entered into her life. Phyllis will be greatly missed by her daughters Gwen Kirkham, Jacquie Eligh and Christine (Mike) McBryan; her 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; as well as numerous other family and friends. Phyllis was predeceased by her husband Ralph; son Geoffrey; son-in-laws Ken Kirkham, Dennis Eligh; and her favourite pets Shaddow and Alaska.
