Condolences
I discovered much too late that I will never speak to or see this wonderful person again. I am grateful that the last time we spoke I told her how much I admired her, was truly inspired by her. She was first, my figure skating coach, but soon became a much loved part of our family in Fort Murray, living just around the corner from us. When I needed a shoulder, Marilyn was always there for me. I shall never, ever forget her beautiful face or her enduring kindness….
We have fond fond memories of working with Marilyn in the 1980’s at Suncor in Ft McMurray.
Our thoughts are with you, please accept our deepest condolences.

Extremely sad to hear Marilyn is no longer with us. I really enjoyed working with her at Athabasca Realty in Fort McMurray and then again at Suncor. She had absolutely had the neatest office I have ever seen and was a role model for me in organization and efficiency. She was so much fun to work with and was always extremely good at what she did. We played golf a few times and she was always so accurate! My condolences to Kari and Sid.

We were very sorry to hear of Marilyn’s passing. We both worked with her during our years at Suncor in Fort McMurray and she was always kind and knowledgeable at her work. We also loved playing golf with her – she was always telling us how much better women could golf if we would accept our unique gifts and just PLAY! It was always a fun time when Marilyn was involved and we still remember her well even though it’s been several years.
