Condolences
To Linda and the Curtis Family
I was so sorry to hear about Nora, and so soon after losing your dad. Please accept my condolences for your losses, and my love to you all.

Dear Nora,
Thanks for being my Canadian grandmother.
It was back in march 2000 when I first met you, and since then you became a very special person in my life.
Being away from my family and settling in a new country was a new experience for me but thanks to your warm, kind and joyful personality you and your family became my Canadian family. I have been blessed to have met you and the Curtis clan.
We have lost a great person but we have gained an angel that will watch over us.
Mrs. C., as I used to call her, and I met in 1995. She not only welcomed me into her home but also into her heart. One special lady. She felt like a second mom to me. I will carry her in my heart forever. My sincere condolences to Linda, Deb, Chuck, Doug, Heather and the rest of the family.
To all the Curtis Cousins,
With sadness to hear of your loss, not only Uncle Bill a few weeks ago, but now Auntie Todi too. I didn’t see them much over the years, but remember them both with warmth and fondness. May they both RIP

John and I have fond memories of Nora. We first met Nora in 2001 when we came to Calgary visiting our Curtis Cousins. When we revisited Calgary in 2008, we were Nora guests. Her house was home from home and her hospitality was Grand; she was great fun with a dry wit. She will be sadly missed, especially by you her family. Please accept our sincere condolences.
If one could have another mother, Nora was a true “other mother” to me! Always welcoming to her home, she loved me like one of her own! She was a great companion and true friend whom I confided in often. Always fair, kind and considerate, Nora had wisdom well worth heeding. Older now, I am much wiser and feel truly grateful for having known Nora as one of my dearest friends and also feel very privileged to say; she was my “other mother” too! I’ve missed being able to talk to her like we used to for years now, but now I will miss her forever!!
