Obituary of Isobel Margaret THOMSON

THOMSON, Isobel Margaret June 5, 1927 – Trochu, Alberta May 5, 2016 – Calgary, Alberta It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Isobel Thomson on May 5, 2016. Isobel is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Diane and Al Vanderveer, granddaughters, Michelle (Ben) Servais, Karen Vanderveer (Michael Daniels) and six great grandchildren that she adored and cherished; and many nieces and nephews. Isobel was predeceased by her loving husband Len Thomson in 2002 and sister and brother-in-law Mary and Ralph Main. We would like to thank the staff on unit 31 of the Foothills Medical Center and Dr. Osoi-Tutu and Dr. Martin LaBrie for their compassionate care and support in the last days of Isobel’s life.
