As a CGH classmate ,I have great memories of Nora in training and also in the Alumnae where ,on occasion ,she participated in the skits at our annual banquet. She was always fun.
May you be blessed with wonderful memories.
Remembering her with fondness.

Jill, Russ and Family,
I am Norma Jean (Rose) Moore’s daughter. Mom graduated from nurses training with Nora 70 years ago (Class of ’46). I have known of your mom for years because of the Calgary General Hospital association. We were reacquainted in Elkwater when another CGH classmate , Ruth Eaton was meeting you at their cabin and stopped by for a game of mini-golf, in early 1990. the Eaton “Kids” have become our “fast friends” here in Medicine Hat. I hear news of you and your family through them. I was also in Young Canadians so have that connection with Russ ( and my brother Russell Moore). I know I have met Bill but he would likely not remember me.
I am writing because I want you to know that I feel fortunate to be connected to my parent’s friends and to have a second generation of acquaintances is so interesting and really a treasure. We can be so disconnected at times and yet we share moments of happiness and grief that bring us together to support one another. Know that you are in my thoughts at this time.
My very deepest condolences
on the loss of a very special lady no words can describe how loved she was she will be missed
