My sincere sympathy to the Cole family on the loss of a mother, grand-mother and friend. Lil was a woman of beauty, dedication and selflessness and I was proud to call her friend when I lived in the same community with her. We served together in Scouts Canada and other various community endeavors. For a number of years, my extended family came to know Lil as “our Tupperware lady”…and we shared many good times over coffee, tea and goodies and I know many of us are still using those items to this day.

May your good memories ease your sorrow as time goes on.

I was very saddened to hear of Lil’s passing. She was such a wonderful caring person. My memories of her are plentiful and cherished, mostly through her volunteer connection with Fanning, but my most poignant memory is when she reached out to me from one grieving mother to another when my 31 year old son died 2years ago. Lil’s kind words were like having an angel in my ears.
