Obituary of Gerald Cook

May 29, 1941 – Edgeware, Middlesex, England December 25, 2015 – Calgary, Alberta Gerald (Gerry) beloved husband of Averil Cook (nee Thomas) of Calgary, passed away on Friday, December 25, 2015 at the age of 74 years. Gerry is survived by his loving wife Averil; his sons and their spouses, James and Jenn Cook, Martin and Megan Cook, Kevin and Jenn Cook, and Philip and Deanna Cook; as well as his eleven grandchildren. Also left to mourn Gerry’s passing, are his brothers, Raymond Cook and his wife Arletta, and Peter Cook and his wife Maureen, as well as his sister, Thelma Smith. He was predeceased by his parents and his brothers Richard and Arthur. A private family funeral service has taken place upon Gerald’s request.
