Dear Spalding family & Rita,

Please accept our sincere condolences on the passing of your father/brother. We have known Les and Kay from our arrival in St Gerard’s Parish in 1984 and have happy memories of our association in the parish and at choir events in particular. We became good friends and often shared Sunday brunch with them at Pasquale’s as well as other social occasions. So it is with great sadness that we acknowledge the end of Les’s time in this life. However, we feel certain that in the next life Kay and Les have resumed their favourite pursuit of square dancing.

Uncle Les was always an eager participant at the family gatherings, and he (and his wonderful sense of humour) will be greatly missed. He was loved by us all, and we will cherish our memories with him. We are so sorry for your loss.
