Dear Monica,

It is with sadness yet fond memories that I share your loss.

Loyal and committed, Bill was a man of strong character with a deep love of our Country.

I’ll remember him most for his friendship and mischievous sense of humour. Bill could always be counted on through the ups and downs and when the going got tough his values made it all worthwhile and his camaraderie made it fun.

We will miss him.
