To Jacob and to Dan’s family:
My heartfelt condolences for this huge loss. I first came to know Dan’s family when I lived in Grimshaw between 1979 and 1983. I, too, am all too well acquainted with HD and know well your struggle and the courage that it took for Dan, Jacob and Dan’s family to thrive, in spite of it all! My apologies for the lateness of my note however, I only just learned of Dan’s death.
