Condolences
Dear Tyler, Tracy and Tanya,
I am so very sorry to to have come across this news that your beloved mom has passed. To this day I still haven’t forgotten her, she really had a way of just melting my heart as I spent time with her throughout your wedding celebrations. Tyler she was so over the moon to watch you marry Tracy and so proud of her children. My thoughts are with all of you and your family during this time, but wow are the Angels sure blessed to call her home.
Always,
Tanya
Dear Normandeau family.
We share in your sadness today when you bid farewell to Doreen. She was a gracious, kind, loving, positive and above all: courageous lady who inspired us all. While her departture leaves a void, you will think of her often and love her forever.
Lots of love from South Africa

My deepest love and condolences to my beautiful wife and family in law at this sad time. I wish I had the opportunity to spent more time with my lovely Mom in law but the times we did spend together I will always cherish. Her million dollar smile lit up any room and I will always remember her kind and generous demeanor.
RIP Mom where am I am sure we will all meet again one day.
Hi Tanya,
Our heartfelt condolences to you and the family on the passing of your Mom.
You’re in our thoughts in this sad time.
Love.
Derek, Talita and the kids.
So many fond memories of your mom! She took me under her wing when I was a young teen on my own. We came in and out of each other’s lives for over 2 decades. I’ll remember her fabulous cooking lessons, all our lunch dates and many adventures. It’s hard losing a best friend but I’m sure even harder to lose a mom. My heart goes out to Tyler and Tanya. May the Lord give you peace in this sad time.
I have known Doreen for many years but not seen her often for the last few years . Kind and loving is how I remember her. The last time I saw her, at Foothills Hospital, she was not doing well but she made a point of asking how my children were doing and remembered details about them – she always had other’s best interests at heart. A wonderful woman – she will be remembered and missed by many. Love to all her family .
I’m sorry we won’t be with you tomorrow but know that we will be thinking of you all. Sending you hugs, strength and positive vibes..not only for tomorrow but in the days and weeks to come. I know this must be such a difficult time but take strength in how many lives she touched. Love you guys.
Such a sad day for us here but I have to smile to think about the smile on Doreen’s face when she sees a your dad and Jesus waiting for her. We’ll miss her laugh, we’ll miss her smile, we’ll miss her whit and the twinkle in her eye. She was a wonderful friend to us. Our hearts are with you because we know how much you will miss her. Keep the memories close in your heart.
Love,
Maureen & Holly Metcalfe
We only met her last year in Mexico at the clinic but we loved her spirit from the start. She just came in our room and said what are you guys doing for supper. It’s lonely around here, do you mind if I hang out with yous. So it was a short friendship but we loved her passion for the Lord and we know she is with him .
To the Family of Doreen! Sorry we are unable to attend the Memorial Service, but our thoughts and prayers are with your family. We always enjoyed being with Doreen. She was a Woman of Faith, and to put God First in her life was her priority. We will miss her, but know she is rejoicing in Heaven! She was a Great Friend! Our Love and Prayers!
