I grew up with Pat in Valleyview in Brandon. I remember her as a fun loving, happy and charming person. Sounds like she didn’t change much. I am extremely sorry to hear of her passing and offer my heartfelt condolences to the Family.
Very sorry for your loss …we lost touch over the years, but will always remember her for the energetic, fun-loving , loyal, and incredible person she was. Rest in Peace Jonesey !
I was deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Pat “Trish”. I first became friends with her during our high school days in the 1960s in Brandon, Manitoba. At that time, we only knew her as “Pat”. She always was energetic and fun-loving! Although life took us in different directions through our adult years, we reconnected in recent times via Facebook. She was persistently positive and upbeat whenever I asked how she was doing. Pat “Trish” was a “1960s Brandon Girl”. At our next Gathering, a candle with her nametag will be placed on our special “Heartprints~Remembrance” table. She will be with us still…in spirit. To Bob, Joni, and the Jones and McCallum families: May each memory feel like a small patch of sunlight, warming your days, soothing your heart, and giving you peace. I hope it helps somewhat to know that others are keeping you all close in thought at this time. ~ Kindest personal regards, Donna

I am saddened to hear of Pat’s passing. We were good friends in junior high and high school. I used to see Pat when I moved to Portage and last saw her when I travelled to Yorkton in the early 80’s. It has been a long time. To Robert and family my condolences, and to Rob and Allan I am sorry to hear about Pat. I will always have good memories of her, and your family.

Although I never met you, I know how much your daughter Joni loved and cherished your time together…
Trish…
Although there weren’t many, in the moments I spent with you, you ignited laugher. When we we chatted, I became immersed in your quick wit and forgot that you were suffering. When I went home, I reflected and was uplifted and astonished by your strong spirit. Excruciating as it was, you carried on as each day passed. I am grateful that your suffering exists no more. Thank you for blessing us. You are held in the arms of an angel.
Bob…
There are no words I can express to comfort you. You inspired me with the love, care and commitment you selflessly devoted to Trish every day. You caressed her into heaven. My prayers are with you in the hope that you will find peace and purpose in the journey to come.
Joni…
My sadness for your sadness, admiration for your strength, and heart goes out to you Miss Joni. You know I am here when you are ready. Nachos on me….Trish can now be with us to enjoy them!!! She said she missed having nachos with you. You were a great scout and knew exactly where to find the best nachos. I said you knew where to find the best of almost everything. She wholeheatedly agreed. Love you Bella! :)
I never met you but Joni talked about you often and she had the same sparkle in her eyes talking about you as she did garçon. My deepeat condolences and sympathy to all of you. Rest well
