Condolences
Wilfred's father, Dr. John Morgan, greatly loved his oldest son, and was proud of his accomplishments, and his dedication to his children and grandchildren. He will be missed greatly by the Morgan family.
Just got back to Calgary & found out. The world is a little smaller & quieter with Wilf's passing.
Wilf brought a quietness to discussions & gatherings. Sometimes you could have a good visit without saying too much. In his role as +15 coordinator, Wilf brought a consistent & fair interpretation to his decisions & recommendations. The possibility of humour always was there.
We saw a lot of each other in the years of Ralph's Mayorship. Many discussions, problem solving & lunches/dinners in Chinatown.
I got to know his one father, dr John Morgan, during a stress test during which the treadmill broke. He said, " I knew you were going to run too fast for this machine."
The family did a wonderful job on the obituary. With a few words, you captured Wilf's spirit & meaning.
RIP buddy.

Pamela, Gretchen and family,
So sorry to hear about the passing of your dad and brother. Wilf was a great guy, always in good spirits and a joy to be around. We shared a few beers at the St. Loo over the years and although I hadn’t seen him in about a year, I will always have fond memories of him.
