I remember Sue as a vibrant and active woman, a perfect partner for Wayne and a devoted mom to Christopher and Jennifer. My profound condolences to Wayne and his family.

My condolences to Wayne and family. While working with Sue at CPR it was evident that she took great pride and held much love in her heart for her family. Hopefully the memories that you created and shared will help dull the pain arising from her loss.

Wayne, Chris, Jenn, and the rest of Sue's family...
I am so sorry for your loss of such a special person. She was way too young and vibrant and full of life to have left us so soon.
What a pleasure it was to work with Sue when she joined the Real Estate Group of Canadian Pacific Railway back in the early 2000s. I really missed her dedication to order and proper procedures and how she kept us all in line (!!), and of course all those delicious treats she would bring our group at Christmas time. She left me many work items on specific files that to this day I still refer to diligently!
After she retired, we kept in touch by lunches and emails. I am happy she got to do some of the travelling she wanted to do.
I will miss her!
Heidi
Dear Wayne Chris, and Jenn
I feel very fortunate to have had the pleasure of having Sue in my life for the last few years - I loved her sense of humour, the stories of family and the lake and she spolied me with boxes of treats at Christmas time ... they were to last the season but were most often gone within the week - she knew all the things I loved from butter tarts to shortbread and of course nuts and bolts.
I know how special she was in you lives and what a proud and loving Mother she was and how thrilled she was to become a Grandma. She was a care giver and always was concerned for others rather than herself - its her turn now to be taken care of and may she rest in peace with love.
Thank you Sue for being such a special woman. God Bless Jayne
I worked with Sue for many years (CP Real Estate). Sue was the glue that kept our group running smoothly and efficiently.
She also kept us laughing with her great sense of humour through good times and not so good times. We were all so blessed to have Sue in our lives. I will miss her dearly. What a wonderful person. Sue will never be forgotten by those who knew her and worked with her. RIP Sue - we all loved you. Heaven is lucky to have you.

My deepest sympathy to Wayne, Chris & family, Jenn, Jean and family. I met Sue in Grade 6! We became best friends. We were in Choir together, band in High School, went to the same Church and joined church groups together. We travelled together. We were both in each other's wedding parties. As we both lived in Calgary we were able to keep in touch often through the years.
Sue was a wonderful friend, so very thoughtful and happy. I will certainly miss her.

To Wayne & family
We met Sue over the years at staff get togethers and got to know her better after all of us retired. We will remember Sue for her excellent cooking skills as well as her passion for planning travel excursions and her funny stories, making us laugh.

I had the privilege of working closely with Sue for many years in the Real Estate group of CP Rail. She was a dedicated and valued member of the team not only for her work ethic but also for her integrity in dealing with the different roles she had to play.
Sue was a wonderful person and will be missed. My condolences to Wayne and the family.

Susan was my babysitter in the 1970's when both our families lived on Ashington Road in Pointe Claire, QC. I have memories of her smiling, being kindhearted and upbeat. And it was such an honour for me when Susan and Wayne asked me to be the flower girl at their wedding, all those years ago. Today in church I lit a candle and said a prayer that she is now in a peaceful place. My deepest sympathies, Teena
Mal and I met Sue and Wayne in November 2010 on a Panama Canal cruise. Since that time we have kept in touch both through email and personal visits. Sue was a wonderful person. Cheerful all the time. We are saddened by her passing and pass condolences to Wayne and family. I know she will be missed by everyone who knew her.
I met Sue and Wayne on a trip abroad to Italy, Switzerland, and France. I was traveling alone and joined a tour that was already in progress—and one where Sue & Wayne had already met our fellow travelers. Sue made a point of talking to me the first night at dinner and invited me to join her and Wayne on a regular basis during our various activities or tours. It made such a difference for me on this trip. I am so grateful to both of them and so very sorry for the loss of Sue. My heartfelt condolences to the whole family.
I had the great pleasure of working with Sue while she was in the CP Real Estate Group. Always friendly, efficient and professional, very sad news.
To my former co-worker and friend, Wayne:
Praying for you and your family, that you may find comfort and peace at this incredibly difficult time.

Dear Wayne,Chris,Jenn,Jean,Doug and Dave
My heart breaks for all of you right now.
Sue and I go back a long way. We shared the same crushes on boys, argued over who was the most dreamy - Tom Jones or Engelbert Humperdinck and did alot of yelling in Jean's den watching the Canadians beat the Bruins on Saturday nights on Hockey Night in Canada. Sue even took it in her stride when, as a bridesmaid, I dyed my hair 2 days before her wedding (2 stops short of deep purple).
The miles eventually separated us but we never lost touch. Our conversations always picked up where we had left off. To me she never stopped being my adopted big sister whom I adored and tried to emulate.
Sue's journey the last year and a half - the one all who loved her took with her -spoke to how she had always lived her life. She was courageous, wise, gracious, funny and down to earth. I think we are all better people for having known her.
And we will miss her terribly.
I will never be able to pass a soft ball diamond again without smiling and thinking of her - always calm, always cool and focused as she came up to bat - knocking the ball out of the park when our team needed runs the most. She was my hero, always will be.
Rest easy, Sue. And safe travels.
Love
Cathy from Montreal
