Condolences
I remember on reunion occasions when Uncle Harold and Uncle George would tell very colorful stories. I enjoyed that so much. We always had lots of laughs. Uncle George was such a sweet man. So caring and family orientated. We will miss his smile and his laugh. Rest in peace dear uncle.

Uncle George was a wonderful gentleman and always had kind words for people. I have only good memories of him and, like many of us, wish I had taken more time for visits. Having had the good fortune to know him both professionally and personally was an honor and a privilege. Those who worked or had worked with him in the oilfield respected him greatly, trusted his wisdom, and integrity and indeed many thought of him as a member of their own extended family.
I am extremely sorry to hear of the passing of Uncle George. He was a treasure to everyone in our extended family. He was a true gentleman; a very kind, generous and wise soul. A man we all looked up to and could count on for sound advise and guidance. Uncle George always had a easy smile and kind, encouraging words for all.
The world is a better place because Uncle George was here.
Dale, Marilyne, Pat, Mike, Calvin, Deanna, David, Rose, Sandy, Catriona, please accept our deepest sympathies to you and your families. We know you, your children and grandchildren will treasure the memory of Uncle George. I hope that one day soon you will be able smile at the memories you share.

Uncle George was the sweetest, kindest man and I consider myself blessed to have been his niece. He will be missed by so many. Our deepest condolences to his family.
Leckie Family,
Sending you love and condolences on the passing of your Dad (Uncle George)
I have many beautiful memories of him, the jokes, the stories, riding skidoos, and just all the times we were at the farm.
My fondest memory is my road trip with him and Aunt Olga to see the Ogopogo.
Love
Karen and Grant
My Uncle George was one of the sweetest men I have ever met. He was caring, kind, loving and never raised his voice. He always had a big smile and that made you feel good in his presence. I saw first hand what a loving husband and father that he was. I have no doubt that he was an amazing grandfather and great grandfather as well. He certainly was a fantastic uncle.
To Pat, Dale, Calvin, David, and Sandy, and your families, you have my very deepest condolences. I know your will always have great memories of such a wonderful man, as will I.
