Obituary of Richard (Rick) Derek TUCKER

1959 - 2019

It is with profound sadness, that the family announces the passing of Rick Tucker, beloved husband of Darlene (Haney) Tucker, on Sunday, December 22, 2019.

In addition to his wife, Rick is loved and cherished by his son Richard and daughter Rebecca of Calgary, AB; his mother Claudia Anne (Palmer); sisters Martha Babin and Laura Tucker; nephew Justin Chapman (Nicola Clarke); niece Stephanie (Brent) Henry and family, all of Fredericton, NB, as well as his wife’s entire extended family.

Rick was predeceased by his father Richard (Dick) Tucker, and brother-in-law Brian Babin, of Fredericton, NB.

Rick very much enjoyed his career in Information Technology, and was loved and respected by all who knew him for his sense of humour, quick wit, and his instinctive sense of diplomacy.  His spare time was devoted to his family, the Boston Bruins, and science fiction.
