Condolences
Ali and I were very close during the three short years we spent together. We shared a passion for music and animals, as well as a fondness for adventure novels. My love of reading began because of Ali. She introduced me to many wonderful worlds through the pages of young adult fiction. I will always think of her when I open a new book.
Ali was the wild child of the family, always upbeat and hungry for excitement. I was behind the scenes when she first met Jerrod and it was truly amazing to watch their love blossom. I was thrilled to hear they got married and it brings me joy to know they spent several happy years together. My thoughts are with Chris, Cathy, Sarah, Lisa, Emily, Jerrod, and Ali's dear friend Pete. Ali, you will always be in my heart
Dear Jerrod,
On behalf of the Alberta Children's Hospital, I am sending our sincere sympathy to you on the passing of your dear wife. There are likely few words that can comfort you at this time. Our hearts and prayers are with you and your family in this difficult time of grief. May fond memories replace the grief with peace in days and weeks ahead.
Sincerely,
Margaret Fullerton, RN, Senior Operating Officer, Alberta Children's Hospital
Lily and I are so glad we saw Ali in Calgary this summer. It was so much fun, great meals with Chris cooking on his new smoker and the whole gang watching movies and having lots of laughs. Such a great memory of just hanging out. Love you Ali.
