Condolences
I have known Irene for sixty years. I remember her to be a faithful friend and a wonderfully dedicated wife and mother. We enjoyed many hours of sewing together, and Irene patiently helped me with projects. I am sad to hear of her passing and will miss the lovely chats we had on the phone. Deepest condolences to her family. ~Evelyn and Harold Helzer

Such a treasured part of the Crossfield community- she will be missed.
Sincere condolences to Irene’s Family. She was an incredible lady, always had time for a chat! Irene & Don were treasured life time members of the Airdrie Rodeo Ranch Association. The support from Don & Irene and their family over the years, was greatly appreciated.
I’m sure the reunion in heaven was amazing!
Irene managed the diversity in her life with grace, understanding, acceptance and positivity. Leaving a conversation with her made you feel the same! Hearing her converse with God was a treasure I will never forget. We will miss her greatly. We are so sad to miss her memorial service.
We will be forever blessed by our friendship with Irene and Don, which merged into some good times with the extended family over time. We met by chance in Arizona one winter, and the friendship grew with each passing year. We will miss seeing them, but they will always have a place in our hearts.
So sorry to hear of the passing of Irene. I live in the complex (Woodside) and enjoyed visiting with Irene . She was a classy lady, always taking such care of herself.
Marj, Marlene and family. I’m so sorry to hear of the loss of your mom/grandma. She was a very special lady and holds a special place in my heart.
