Condolences
Jocelyne, Geneviève and Chantal,
Although I only met your husband and father a few times and having the privilege of teaching you both at St. Teresa, there is no doubt he is an amazing man. I have fond memories of you two, he no doubt shaped who you are. Hold your memories close and know I will thinking of you during this difficult season of your lives.
With sympathy,
Erin Hurson
Dale was my bus driver for a while and I also taught his daughters. Dale was already friendly and greeted every passenger with a smile and a hello. We would often talked and he was very proud of his daughters and had stories about his "boys" (aka the dogs). I was shocked to hear of his passing and send many hugs and prayers to his wife and his two daughters. And of course, his boys.
Thinking about you, Jocelyn and the girls, and just reminiscing about some great memories of you and Dale. My prayers are with you, and may God bless you, be ever with you and strengthen you in this very difficult time.
My favourite memory of Dale is how he always greeted me so warmly at his & Jocelyn's house in Calgary every summer on my drive between Manitoba and British-Columbia and back. Whether I was alone or with friends, arrived at 11pm or later, he always made me feel welcomed at their house. He, Joyce & I would catch up and he would proudly tell me about his daughters, what they were up to, and he encouraged them to speak French to me if they were around :) It breaks me to know he's left behind his loved ones much too soon. My deepest condolences to Joyce, Geneviève & Chantal, and to all whose hearts are suffering from this loss.
My dear Jocelyne and girls. I know your husband/dad was muchly loved, therefore he will be muchly missed. Just know that you have LOTS of family and friends around you for support, and that so many people are praying as you grieve. Love Jalene from switchboard
To Jocelyne, Genevieve and Chantel,
We just want you to know that all the years and moments we have shared with Dale have been very precious. Dale will forever be in our hearts and memories. You are all in thoughts and prayers. We will miss our friend dearly.

Jocelyn, Chantel and Genevieve, I am sorry sorry for your loss. We are sending you our prayers. Hugs. Kerri, Phil, Matthew and Andrew Barnett
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
I had the pleasure of meeting Dale when we went through Calgary Transit training together. Over the years we would run into each other and when asked how he was his answer always revolved around his family. My sincere condolences to his family, you were truly the center of his world.
