Condolences
As Carse and I had done annually, we exchanged Christmas cards with a covering of events for the year. He enjoyed receiving
such cards as I did. Sadly, Christmas 2020 passed by and no card, this was not Carse..I felt something was not right. I was
devastated to learn from Cathy that her Dad had passed away. I was floored - to me a friend of his qualities lives forever. We had a
friendly relationship for some 60 years. Carse was so proud of his family. In my Scotiabank career from Ontario to Vancouver
Island, Carse was the best I associated with. My deepest heart felt condolences go out to the family. May he long live in Peace.
I had the privilege of being Mr. Goa’s GP since 1974. In the decades following, he was most proud of Cathy and Jillian being in the medical profession. Mr. Goa would recount the exotic sites Jillian visited; Mumbai, Tanzania, Mount Sinai, Hay River, Fort Simpson and interning in Vancouver. All the members of the Mount Pleasant staff would like to extend sincere condolences to all the Goa family.
Yours Truly,
Bill Louie
I was saddened to hear of Carse's passing. He was an admired golf buddy of my husband Don for many years and is a great loss to his cherished family.

Carse was a true gentleman and a fine golfing buddy.
Our group will miss his chocolate contributions and I will
miss seeing him in the driver's seat of our golf cart. You
lived a good life, Carse. Rest in peace.
29 February 2020.
I was very sorry to hear of the loss of my old friend and boss at Scotiabank. Carse and I worked together in Corporate credit in the late 80's when Real estate was floundering. He was one of the best I had ever worked for. My condolences to the family.... I know he will be missed by his family, who should know that he will be missed by his co-workers at Scotiabank as well.

Sincere condolences to Dorothy, Kathy and Mark. I think of all the time we spent together at the Bank and, of course, many many more at the Golf Club. Carse was a good friend for 50 years!! Gerry Dyck and Anne.
Deepest condolences to Aunt Dorothy & cousin Cathy on the loss of Uncle Carsten. My father Elmer was deeply saddened to hear of the passing of his brother. He so enjoyed their talks on the phone. He will definitely miss those talks & remembering their youth. Love Val Johnson.
