Condolences
Dear Myrna, Scott, Kevin, and Andrea,
The shocking news of Terry’s sudden passing has left us all with heavy hearts of sadness for you with this loss. Our families were very engaged with each other over many years while the children grew up: school, hockey, dance, and just plain friendship. We have so many fond memories of Terry. He loved being a family man and was an all round good person. Our sincere condolences are sent to you all.

Dear Myrna
I first met Terry in 1974 when I went to work at Strong Lamb & Nelson, Consulting Engineers, in Kamloops BC. Several years later in 1975 I had the pleasure of becoming a founding partner of Urban Systems with Terry and 6 others. We became good friends with Terry & Myrna however the Company grew in a hurry, we got very busy and we’re often in different offices in the ensuing years. Nevertheless we met often over Company business, and sometimes pleasure, and I always a great relationship with Terry.
I will always remember him as a good friend and business partner.
Our heartfelt condolences Myrna.

I worked on many projects over the years with Terry including working with the Harvie Family on the creation of Glenbow Ranch Prov. Park, something we were both very proud of. He was a trusted associate in working through complex issues and I will miss his wise counsel. I only knew his family via his stories in response to “hows the family?”, but I learned a lot. I am deeply saddened by his passing and pass on heartfelt condolences, thoughts and prayers to the family and friends sharing this grief. Cam Crawford.

So sorry to hear the devastating news of Terry’s sudden passing. I remember his kindness and thoughtfulness. He was a great neighbor from Mountain Park and then again across the street in Cranston. I would often see him and Myrna on their daily ridge walks and they always had time to stop and chat- sometimes about the weather, a trip they were planning, news of a new grand baby or maybe we would talk about that gnarly unsightly larch tree that was planted in the middle of the park and the ways we could get rid of it! He was just such a wonderful man and I’m sure every one of you have stories and many cherished memories that in time will ease the pain of his absence. Thinking of you all and sorry to miss the Friday service. Pat Beattie

I first met Terry in 1991 when I moved from Kamloops to Calgary with Urban Systems. My condolences go out to Myrna, Scott, Kevin and Andrea. Your husband and father was truly a great man and, if possible, an even better engineer. Terry played a big part in my success as a consulting engineer. He will be greatly missed.

Myrna and family,
I was lucky enough to meet Terry in 1989 when I was beginning SilverTip Resort. He was my inspiration and became my good friend! We went through some pretty challenging and rewarding and fun experiences together. It was Terry who inspired my son Chris to study engineering at the U of Calgary. We will all hold our memories of Terry near and dear to our hearts. ♥️
We are so saddened to hear of Terry's sudden passing - Our love goes out to Myrna, Scott, Andrea, Kevin and all the grandchildren.
Terry was such a super person and certainly loved all his family - particularly the grandchildren he and Myrna were blessed with. Terry and Myrna loved to travel and see this wonderful world - they took us all along with them.
A genuine good guy and what love he and Myrna shared. We send so much love to you, Myrna and the family.
He was certainly a good brother to myself and my wife. We do wish we could honour Terry but not possible. Our love will be with you. Don and Patricia Gowing
