Condolences
Ken was our usher in section 107 for a long time. He was always so cheerful and made sure he saved a few freebies for us. Our sincere condolences to his family. RIP Ken.
Ken was a true gentleman. I grew a strong bond with that man. At my last Flames game I stopped at the desk as I always do to say goodnight. He wasnt there, I found that strange. I asked his colleague where he was. Then he told me. I broke down in tears. I being a cancer survivor for now, I know he had a road ahead. Please when we can give him our respects please let me know. I want to be there.

I worked with Ken in Cable Assurance from 2016 and was very fortunate to have him as an employee, Ken was very hard working and he was a yes man, always understood the bigger picture, he was always able to find a solution and also coach back to help in overall TELUS process. He will be missed, my prayers go out to the family and look forward to celebrating his life.

Worked at Telus With Ken for over 7 years. He was a superstar problem fixer and the most knowledgeable guy I have met. Would always look him up at Saddledome or McMahon whenever I went to events there. Great loss and such a shock to hear. Always in my thoughts and prayers.
Ken you will be missed.
Sending my deepest condolences to the family - Ken was always a familiar face for me at the saddledome. He will be greatly missed - Willow K
My daughter moved to Calgary about 14 years ago at a young age and found employment with Telus shortly thereafter. After a time she met Ken. While others sometimes found Ken to be a bit gruff, Ashley always found him to be hilarious, thoughtful and helpful. He shared Ashley and Matt’s passion for hockey and he got them souvenirs whenever he could.
Being a father of a young daughter who was so far away, I really appreciated Ken. Last year I sent him a card to thank him for everything and inside the card I put a couple of packages of Toronto Maple Leafs post it notes as a joke. Apparently he used them and thought it was great even though he couldn’t stand the Leafs.
I didn’t have the privilege of meeting Ken in person but that told me all that I needed to know. Rest easy Ken!
I am a long time employee at the Saddledome in concessions. Ken always had a smile on his face whenever I passed by him. I didn't know him well. My deepest condolences to his family, friends and colleagues from Judy in Concessions.
I have many fond memories of Ken, at one time we spent more time together than either one of us spent at home and with family. Ken and I attended literally hundreds of emergency repair calls at any hour of the day or night with Telus. He was always available and highly skilled. We always had a good time, even when the task at hand was awful. When we took on different roles within Telus we always kept up and assisted each other with cooperation that seemed to astound others who were not aware of our connection.
I will miss my friend dearly but I will see you again on the other side. My prayers and best wishes to Karen and family, I know what you lost.
Ken was a pleasure to talk to and work with over the many years here. He will be sorely missed. He was a great man.
He has left an empty in many hearts,
Always your friend,
