Condolences
Lieber Erhard, liebe Ursula, soeben hat mich die Nachricht erreicht und bin in diesen schmerzvollen Stunden in Gedanken bei Euch. . Tief berührt möchte ich Euch mein Mitgefühl aussprechen. Einen stillen Gruß sendet Euch Angelika (Enkelin von Hermann Pagenkopf)
She walked through life with grace, the kind that leaves a mark on our hearts. She was more a friend to my daughter than to me at first, but she became a family member for many years as she lived in the lower mainland, and then with us in our home for a while. I will never forget her giggle, it always made me smile, and still does when I think of it. She had a quiet gentleness about her that welcomed you into her space. She was warm, quiet, very quiet, but oh so sweet. She appreciated everything. She worked hard. I so admire the grace with which she lived out her time after she knew how serious her cancer was. She took time to hug everyone she loved, travel and check off things in her bucket list, she paid attention to those she knew would be hurt and saddened by her early departure from this life. She spent time with me, talking and hugging and saying good bye. She found time to spend one of her last good weeks with my daughter, celebrating their friendship and leaving so many good memories behind. When I remember Angela I will always think of the work "Gracious". She was easy to love, and will be missed. My condolences to her family.
So very sorry to hear of YOUR loss, but the Lord's gain....
I didn't know Geli, but rejoice that she trusted the Lord. Thanks indeed for sharing..
You were a treasured childhood friend, and I send your family all of my love.
Although I never met Angela I spoke to her many times on the phone. As an automotive counterpart I truly enjoyed and respected our conversations. She will be missed. Thoughts and prayers to her family.
